Booking Policy
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the resort.
- Valid government photo ID is required at check-in for all guests.
- Advance payment required depending on your chosen rate plan.
- Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
- Reservations made via travel portals (OTA) should be managed directly through the same platform.
Terms & Conditions
- Guests must maintain decorum and respect property rules during their stay.
- The resort reserves the right to cancel a booking or deny entry for misconduct or false information.
- Any damage to resort property, linen, or fixtures will be chargeable.
- Crestorio is not responsible for loss of valuables not kept in the in-room locker.
- Outside food, alcohol, or loud music may be restricted as per resort guidelines.
- Use of illegal substances or unruly behavior will result in eviction without refund.
- Management reserves the right to modify tariffs or policies without prior notice.
Child & Extra Bed Policy
- Children below 6 years stay free (sharing bed with parents).
- Children 6–12 years charged as per child rate.
- Guests above 12 years are considered adults.
- Extra bed/mattress available on request, subject to availability and applicable charges.
- Baby cots (if available) may be provided free of charge on request.
Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted inside the resort.
